My journey so far...
Hello, my name is Timothy J. Anderson, but I like to be called Tim. I am a newly licensed realtor, and I am very motivated to assist clients with their real estate needs. Prior to my life at Coldwell Banker-Campbell Realtors, I did intensive case management for the Developmentally Disabled population for almost 18 years. I worked primarily with adults and the senior population and I loved my job; however, I felt it was time for a change. As a case manager I placed several Developmentally Disabled adults into Community Care Facilities. However, now I am wanting to assist my clients with either selling or purchasing the ideal. I bring to the table years of experience as a professional case manager which will be applied to my clients. I was born in Los Angeles and I grew up in the city of Arcadia, CA. In 1992 I moved to Newport Beach where I lived for about 10 years and now I call Costa Mesa my current hometown. I am very familiar with Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties because I have visited several of my family and friends for several years. As for my education, I attended and graduated from Arcadia High School, Orange Coast College, Loyola Marymount University (undergrad), and University of North Texas (masters).
